Different Ways for Different Hunks

Society thinks that being gay is just a sexual issue, no real love apart from lust – with some exceptions of course. There are a lot of gays who are very much like the heterosexuals when it comes to expressing love and emotion – they love romantic dinners and conversations, they hug and take walks together, watch a movie - everything.

Local show business is populated by gays, like their presence you'll find from top to bottom, starting from the upper echelons of power. Needless to say, they wield so much power that any newbie but enterprising talent will find hard to resist. You want stardom? Then go by the flow.

When it comes to sexual expression, gays are the most creative lot. Most of them are not into routine and bed sex all the time as they find it boring. Excitement is what defines them. They say some gays inject drama and real life into their performance, that's how fierce they seem to be.

Prominent Director PD does not fail to cast in his projects any hunk that catches his fancy, especially those that he has relationship/s with. PD had an affair with Hunky Starlet HS such that HS was always present in PD's movies. But beyond the passion for his work, talented and powerful PD is a secret and funny masochist in the dark.

At home, PD seems to put to life the script and story of his movies. Back then with HS, PD's fetish was to dress and act like a woman. He wore dusters, would cook, do the laundry, and then as if on cue, HS would barge in the house and hit PD violently, with bottomless tears to boot – a scene which would end in hot sex after. That’s right, PD’s masochism is his favorite tool.

Now that HS is history, PD has a new conquest in Hunky Newcomer HN who is a thousand times hotter than his ex. Obviously, HN knew he would be fair game and welcomed to play with PD’s advances. In one taping day, some of the staff of the show saw shadows from outside the tent where PD and HN were. They came closer and was shocked with what they saw. Even as HN was still in costumes, PD couldn’t wait and soon got busy ’working’ on him.

"Sex without love is a meaningless experience, but as far as meaningless experiences go, it’s pretty damn good." ~ Woody Allen

World’s Largest Hospital Ship Prepares to Aid Typhoon Yolanda Victims

The US military has activated the Navy hospital ship USNS Mercy, the world’s largest hospital ship [ 272.5 m (894 ft) long, 32.2 m (105 ft 8 in) across, and a full load displacement of 62,922 tonnes] according to the Guinness World Records, filling it up with supplies such as food, equipment, and medical supplies for possible deployment to the Philippines to aid areas ravaged by Typhoon Yolanda.  Currently docked at Pier 1 at the Naval Base San Diego, the ship normally has a standby status but once activated, operations swiftly commenced to load the ship with the necessary supplies.
According to the logistics director with Military Sealift Command, Cmdr. Louis Costa, they had to transform the ship from its standby status to a fully operational Echelon III Medical Treatment Facility in 5 days or less, calling the task an “Olympic sprint”.  The official deploy order has not been issued yet but is expected any moment soon.
Once deployed, the slow-moving hospital ship may take 3 weeks before reaching the Philippines, especially if it stops first at Hawaii for more equipment and personnel.  The Navy’s Pacific Fleet announced that the converted oil tanker will reach the country sometime in December.
Other US Ships Aid the Philippines
If deployed, the USNS Mercy will join other US ships, with the Navy’s Pacific Fleet confirming the arrival of destroyers USNS Mustin and USS Lassen off the country.  Amphibious ships USS Ashland and USS Germantown are set to arrive within the week while cruisers USS Antietam and USS Cowpens with USS George Washington aircraft carrier are set to arrive anytime soon.
Currently, there are around 300 U.S. military personnel on the ground but the number is expected to increase to more than a thousand within the week.
USNS Mercy (T-AH-19)
The current USNS Mercy set to deploy to the Philippines is actually the third hospital ship bearing the same name as its predecessors operated by the US Navy.  Built in 1976 by the National Steel and Shipbuilding Co., San Diego, as the oil tanker SS Worth, the ship was converted into a hospital ship in July 1984.  These Mercy class hospital ships are the second largest ships in the Navy but do not carry offensive weapons in accordance with the Geneva Convention however, firing on the USNS Mercy is a war crime and the ship is equipped with defensive weapons only.

Commissioned on November 8, 1986, the ship was launched in July 20, 1985, as USNS Mercy with the primary mission of providing medical and surgical services to military personnel.  Its secondary mission is to provide humanitarian aid and relief.
The hospital ship has the following features:
  • Patient Capacity:
    • Operating Rooms: 12
    • Total Patient Capacity: 1000 beds
    • Limited care wards: 500 beds
    • Light care wards: 120 beds

    • Recovery wards: 20 beds
    • Intensive care wards: 80 beds
  • Departments and Facilities:
    • Casualty reception
    • Optometry/lens lab

What kind of General is he?

"A couple of days ago, an embarrassing scene was played on TV when a Filipino general was carried on someone else' shoulder so he wouldn't get wet when he stepped off a banca. The American officer on the other hand waded in the water and stepped off the banca without any help. See the symbolism on why the Philippines has problems ? I think the Filipino General should be fired. How could he win the war against the Abu Sayaf? Eh, tubig lang takot na siya. Nakakahiya!! Lalong nakakahiya doon sa Kano na kasunod niya. he he he he he he he he BAGONG PEDICURE SIGURO ANG LOKO. Send this to all your friends and hopefully this will circulate para mapahiya itong General na ito."

KC Concepcion Donates P5M to Help 'Yolanda' Victims

Actress-host KC Concepcion is following in the footsteps of her mother, Sharon Cuneta, in helping the victims of super typhoon "Yolanda" (international name Haiyan).

"Kris TV" host Kris Aquino said on Wednesday that Concepcion is giving a "personal donation" of P5 million.

Earlier, Cuneta pledged P10 million for typhoon victims.

"It's a personal donation of P5 million from Ms. KC Concepcion. She said sana the P3 million for the immediate and the other P2 million for whatever rebuilding will occur. I think she said kasi she's shooting right now," Aquino said.

"I salute you, KC, for this act of generosity, na extreme generosity. Nakakabilib talaga. Hindi ikaw ang nagyabang nito, ako ang nagpaabot. And I asked your permission. Siya 'yung kinatawan ng WFP (United Nations' World Food Programme) dito," she added.

Concepcion, who is now in Ilocos to shoot for her upcoming film, has been asking people on Twitter to help "Yolanda" victims.

"Every effort counts. But truthfully, in donating ur own Relief Goods, to RLY make a difference, u need to donate in the thousands, not less," she said in a Twitter post.

Netizens Blame Ariella Arida's Loss on Gown, Want Pinoy Designer to Clothe Ms. PH Next Year

Given that Ariella Arida was considered a frontrunner on pageant night and actually aced the question-and-answer portion that many had feared she would have difficulty with, many are still wondering and analyzing why Miss Philippines still fell short of winning Miss Universe in Moscow on Saturday (early Sunday, Manila time).

It seems like the blame now goes to her choice of gowns in the competition. From the national costume terno to the yellow evening gown that she wore during the preliminary competitions and the coronation night, feedback was mostly unflattering and even downright harsh.

While praise was largely universal for the way Arida carried her gowns, both the national costume and the evening wear themselves were far from well-received, especially given that the other contestants also did a good job of carrying what many considered to be better-designed gowns.

“During the Miss Universe national costume show, Miss Philippines disappointed fans for her traditional terno dress. Even her yellow, off shoulder evening gown was not impressive enough,” posted the Dubai-based Emirates 24/7 in a post-pageant report.

Aside from those two dresses, the blue gown that Arida wore on her official pre-arrival photos posted in the Miss Universe website did not escape flak as well.

“Ariella Arida was under fire also for the blue gown she is wearing in the contestants’ pictures displayed on the official website of Miss Universe Organization with some fans advising even to burn the gown,” the Australian edition of the International Busines Times reported last November 7.

As it turns out, Alfredo Barraza, the Colombian designer who designed Arida’s gowns, has been drawing harsh criticism for his creations for Philippine representatives to Miss Universe for many years.

In a 2011 article posted by Missosology.org, a reputable site specializing in analyzing beauty pageants, Barraza was described as “the most hated man in the Philippines”.

“Year in and year out Alfredo Barraza has disappointed Filipino pageant fanatics. Critics have been extremely harsh on this Colombian designer, a very close friend of Stella Marquez Araneta, Binibining Pilipinas’ pageant madame.

“Alfredo Barraza has been blamed for sabatoging Miss Philippines candidates with his lackluster evening gown designs sometimes deemed by Filipinos as “THE BASURA CUMBIA” creations. To add insult to injury, Mr. Barraza also designs for the reinas de Colombia (pageant queens). And when he designs for Miss Universe Colombia, the gowns are always superior to that of his Miss Universe Philippines!” the site posted.

After Arida’s loss, the clamor to have a Filipino designer take over in designing the gowns for the country’s Miss Universe representative has been renewed, this time by a good number of social media netizens who have also aired their displeasure over what many of them believe are the Binibining Pilipinas organizers’ choice of wear for Miss Philippines.

Other stars are also giving back to victims. Kapamilya actress Anne Curtis, she announced on her Instagram account, sold her personal items in garage sale held in a mall in Taguig City on Sunday, November 10. The proceeds of the sale are for the benefit of the typhoon victims and will go to World Vision Philippines.

The Kapamilya actress later announced that her garage sale earned P370,000.

“Still! This is hardly enough, WE NEED TO DO MORE!!!!!” Anne posted on her Instagram account. “Let’s continue to raise awareness and inspire people to do their part. YOU can even do something in your own little way.”

Regine Velasquez-Alcasid will also hold an online auction and sale of her personal items for the benefit of the victims. The items to be sold include signature bags, shoes, and clothes. Her husband, Ogie Alcasid, will also be selling his watches.

Meanwhile, Ormoc Representative Lucy Torres-Gomez revealed on her Instagram account that TV host-actress Kris Aquino donated P400,000 for the victims of Yolanda.

Celebrities continue to ask their followers to help in typhoon relief operations, such as Angel Locsin who is helping out Philippine Red Cross and Dingdong Dantes via his Yes Pinoy Foundation.
